The Ajijic Guest House is a quaint
village home, splendidly located in central
Ajijic. We are attentive to friendly service,
offering many amenities usually found only at expensive Hotels.
Much effort has been made to make The Ajijic Guest House a comfortable and
accommodating home for visitors to our charming village.

• Each of our 3 rooms offers cable TV, ample closet space,
purified drinking water and dispenser, AM/FM clock radio,
vanity table, full-length mirror, towel racks, handmade rugs
and curtains, bathing accessories, and common areas. (See
Amenities for additional details.)

• Rooms accommodate up to 2 people.

• House Rental Rates are:
   - $150 USD Nightly House Rental
   - $750 USD Weekly House Rental
   - $2500 USD Monthly House Rental

   Rates include all taxes.

   Check in time 1:00 PM
   Check out time 11:00 AM

• Discount available for
  extended stay

• We require a minimum stay
  of three nights

• Reservations and deposit required

Payment: Upon arrival payment for
your stay may be paid in U.S. Dollars,
U.S. Travelers Checks, Canadian Dollars
or Mexican Pesos. Personal checks are
accepted with approved reservations for two weeks or more. Regrettably we can not accept credit cards for the balance of your stay.

Deposit: To guarantee your reservation a deposit of $500 U S Dollars is required. You may send your deposit in U S funds by means of personal check, bank draft or credit card. To pay by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card click the Pay Pal button below.

• Cancellations: The Ajijic Guest house relies exclusively on reservations. Cancellations will be gladly accepted up to 90 days prior to arrival, after that time we will refund only upon subsequent rental of the house.
